Cancellation Policy Operations

COSTS FOR CHANGE/CANCELLATION OF THE OPERATION

Unless there is an urgent medical or other important reason to cancel, which would postpone the procedure, the following applies:

  • More than 30 days before the date of the operation: cancellation fee of €1000.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of surgery: you will lose 25% of the total surgery costs.
  • Less than 1 week before surgery: you lose 30% of the total surgery costs.

If you cancel your booking up to seven days before the appointment, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within seven days before the appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.

COSTS FOR CHANGING/CANCELLING THE BOOKING

If you cancel your booking up to fourteen days before the appointment, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within fourteen days before the appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.
