What is lipofilling?

Lipofilling is a treatment in which fat cells are removed from a body area, such as the abdomen or thighs, and, after purification, are reinjected into the face.

By using autologous fat, volume can be added naturally to areas that have lost volume over the years. Examples include the cheeks, temples, jawline, or lips.

Because only your own fat is used, the result feels particularly natural and the fat integrates beautifully into the surrounding tissues.

Why choose lipofilling?

Natuurlijk material

We work exclusively with the patient's own fat tissue.

Volume restoration

Lost volume can be restored in a subtle and natural way.

Long-lasting result

A portion of the fat cells remains permanently present after healing.

Harmonious rejuvenation

The treatment provides softer contours and a youthful appearance.

Rejuvenation does not start with more volume,

but by restoring the right balance.

The treatment process

Consultation

During a personal consultation, we analyze your face and discuss which areas are suitable for volume correction.

Fat loss

Using a precise technique, fat tissue is harvested from a suitable donor area.

Purification

The fat cells are carefully purified so that only high-quality fat is retained.

Injection

The fat is then precisely injected into the desired zones of the face.

Result

After the restoration, a natural improvement in volume is achieved with a soft and fresh appearance.

What can lipofilling be used for?

Lipofilling is often used to correct volume loss caused by the natural aging process.

Wangen

Restoration of volume in the cheekbones and midface.

Sleeping wing

Filling in sunken areas for a softer facial contour.

Lips

Subtle volume enhancement with autologous fat.

Jawline and chin

Improvement of facial contours and harmony.

Breasts, buttocks and hip dips

Improvement of body contours and harmony.

A natural result is paramount.

As we age, we lose not only skin elasticity but also volume in the face. As a result, contours can fade and sunken areas can develop.

Lipofilling focuses on restoring this lost volume using the body's own fat tissue. This results in a softer and more rested appearance without the face losing its natural character.

Because the fat becomes part of the surrounding tissues, the results feel and look particularly natural.

Recovery & Aftercare

During the first few days after the treatment, slight swelling and bruising may occur in both the treated area and the donor zone where the fat was harvested.

These reactions are normal and are part of the natural healing process. Most patients resume their daily activities after about one week.

During the first months, the final volume gradually stabilizes. A portion of the injected fat cells is absorbed by the body, while the remaining fat remains permanently present.

With proper follow-up and clear aftercare instructions, we guide you through every phase of the recovery process.

FAQ

No. Fillers use a filling agent such as hyaluronic acid, whereas lipofilling works with the body's own fat tissue. As a result, the outcome often feels even more natural.

A portion of the injected fat cells is absorbed by the body. The fat that successfully integrates generally remains present for a long time.

Yes. Lipofilling is often combined with a facelift, eyelid correction, or other facial treatments to achieve a harmonious overall result.

The first improvement is immediately visible, but the final result is assessed after the swelling has subsided and the fat has fully stabilized.

The treatment is performed under anesthesia. After the treatment, slight tenderness, swelling, or bruising may occur, but severe pain is rare.

Patients who have lost volume in their face and have sufficient donor fat are often good candidates for this treatment. During a consultation, we determine which approach is most suitable for your situation.
