Cancellation conditions
- Laser hair removal: Laser hair removal appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge until one week before the planned treatment.
- Cancel: In the event of a timely cancellation (at least one week in advance), you are entitled to a full refund.
- Move: Would you like to reschedule your appointment? This must be done by telephone via our reception.
In case of a cancellation less than one week before the appointment or at a no-show is no refund possible.
Exception: In the event of illness, a refund or rescheduling can only be provided upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
- Electrolysis:
- Short treatments: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge until one week before the planned treatment.
- Marathon treatments: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge until two weeks before the planned treatment.
Rescheduling an appointment must always be done by telephone via our reception. In the event of a cancellation after this period or in the event of a no-show is no refund possible.
