What does the job involve?
As an expert nurse, you are part of a professional team specialized in the care of transgender patients from home and abroad.
What are your responsibilities?
- You put patients at ease and provide them with the necessary information.
- You are responsible for postoperative care, both for short observation and for stays of up to 24 hours.
- You insert probes and closely monitor the medical records.
- You are responsible for cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment after procedures.
- You correctly interpret and carry out medical instructions from doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
- You possess empathy, patience, and an open mindset.
- Discretion is a matter of course for you, especially given the nature of the procedures.
- You work independently and are available for at least one to two days per week.
